According to emergency communication officials, a power outage has been reported in the Massanetta Springs area of Rockingham County.
According to officials, as of 4:15 Wednesday morning, about 8000 people have been reported without power. Officials say the outage is also affecting the traffic light at the intersection of Stonespring Road and Spotswood Trail. WHSV has more HERE
