Harrisonburg, VA – The Harrisonburg Police Department (HPD) is seeking assistance related to an investigation of a missing person.
The missing person, Cecilia "Cece" Runion, is a 35 year old female last seen in the area of North Main Street and Vine Street in the company of Jarrome Durrette. A witness stated they observed Cecilia in an altercation and HPD is attempting to locate her to check on her welfare.
The Harrisonburg Police Department requests that anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Cece Runion, please contact HPD’s Major Crimes Unit by calling (540) 434-4436.
