Green CO-JADE-VSP-FBI Fentanyl Arrests

On Friday 5/20/2022 the Greene County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Jefferson Area Drug Enforcement Task Force (JADE) and Virginia State Police executed a Federal narcotics search warrant in the Stanardsville area of Greene County. This has been an ongoing investigation between the Greene County Street Crimes Unit and the FBI. As a result of this investigation 3 individuals were arrested and charged with the following:

Felice E. Mills, age 41 of Stanardsville was charged with the following felony offenses:

18.2-248 Distribution of a Schedule I or II, Fentanyl

18.2-248 Possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule I or II, Methamphetamines

          18.2-256/18.2-248 Conspire to distribute a Schedule I or II, Fentanyl

18.2-371.1 Reckless Endangerment of a child

Christopher M. Hayer, age 18 of Brodnax VA was charged with the following felony offenses:

18.2-248 Distribution of a Schedule I or II, Fentanyl

          18.2-256/18.2-248 Conspire to distribute a Schedule I or II, Fentanyl

18.2-248.1 Possession with the intent to distribute over 1pound of marijuana

Michael W. Hayer, age 40 of Stanardsville was charged with the following offense:

          18.2-256/18.2-248 Conspire to distribute a Schedule I or II, Fentanyl

Christopher M. Hayer and Felice E. Mills were held without bond and transported to Central Virginia Regional Jail.

Michael W. Hayer was already being held at Central Virginia Regional Jail on previous related charges.

This is an ongoing investigation, there are additional individuals being investigated at this time.
