JMU Rolls Past Blue Raiders in FBS Debut, 44-7

If anyone had concerns about JMU moving to the Sunbelt Conference and how the football opener would go, those fears were laid to rest in the first half of Saturday's home and season opener with Middle Tennessee State. It also marked JMU football's opener in the FBS Sunbelt Conference. From JMU Sports: James Madison kicked off a new era of college football in style, as Todd Centeio amassed nearly 400 yards and tied the program's single-game passing touchdown record to lead the Dukes to a dominant 44-7 victory against Middle Tennessee on Saturday night at Bridgeforth Stadium.
